Newham Patient View is a service which has been commissioned by NHS Newham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
Newham CCG plan and commission a range of healthcare services across the borough. These include GP practices, community pharmacies, mental health provision and a wide range of other services. For more information about Newham CCG and what they do, visit www.newhamccg.nhs.uk.
At Newham Patient View, we gather feedback from Newham residents about healthcare services in the borough. We then sort the feedback and pass it to the CCG who will use it, where possible, to make changes to existing services or to help shape new services in the future.
We also ask the commissioners at the CCG to tell us how they have used resident’s feedback to make changes and we share that information with residents.
Newham CCG and Newham Patient View are committed to working with the local community to understand residents’ health needs and support the delivery of services that meet those needs.
On this website you can leave feedback about any of the NHS healthcare services available in Newham. You don’t have to leave your name or contact details if you don’t want to, but you can if you wish. If you do, we can contact you to let you know what impact your feedback has had.
Sometimes Newham CCG want to hear residents’ views on specific healthcare services. You can use the polls/surveys section on this website to view what questions NCCG are asking and provide your answers. Again, you can do this anonymously or leave your details, so we can provide you with updates.
